Hanger Steak
My partner and I visited BCW - LR for the first time on my birthday recently and we shared the Hanger Steak after our server recommended it. This dish made our taste buds DANCE! It was delicious in more than one way. The dish was very cohesive, all of the flavors of the meat, broth, and herbs were flawlessly balanced in every bite. The pastry on top was the perfect consistency, bringing contrast with a doughy and flaky texture. I would definitely recommend it to anyone, but especially those seeking a hearty, yet fresh and flavorful meal!
Prosciutto Benedict
The egg was perfectly cooked. Hollandaise had the right amount of tang to it and buttery goodness. Truly the best eggs Benedict in Little Rock, and this is coming from someone who eats it at every restaurant I go to for brunch! Simply delicious.
Side simple arugula salad
This salad may have the word "simple" in the description but it is anything but. It is absolutely bursting with delicious flavor.
Fondue
This shareable is a must - velvety smooth and rich with flavor this warm savory dip is something you just won't be able to get enough of. It is delish on everything - bread, fruit, your fingers... be sure to indulge yourself with this cheesy perfection - you won't regret it.
Fondue
This was absolutely heavenly. Literally me and my sister melted when we had our first taste of the cheese fondue. It was so creamy and flavorful. I have yet to be disapointed by anything on the menu, but this is definitely one of my new favorites.
Citrus Pancakes
Some foods seem to take you back to your roots, to the simplicity of being a child and making breakfast on Sunday morning with dad in the kitchen. Others seem to turn a wall into a window and show new possibilities while combining familiar elements. The citrus pancakes do both! A perfect execution of the basics with a light refreshing twist.
